SafeHouse Explorer – Free Encryption Utility
Review by on
If you want to keep your private, sensitive information safe and secure, there is just one thing you can do: keep prying eyes at bay. How do you pull off such a task? Why you turn to a specialized piece of software that can ensure nobody will be able to take a sneak peak at your information.

Such an application is the PC Dynamic’s developed SafeHouse Explorer. This application will protect your private and sensitive files and folders by encrypting them. Two things must be said here. The first thing that must be said is that SafeHouse Explorer uses military-strength encryption algorithms to keep your data as safe as possible. The second thing that must be said is that SafeHouse Explorer is provided free of charge.

You see, there are several SafeHouse versions at your disposal. First there’s SafeHouse Explorer, which offers basic protection free of charge. Then there’s SafeHouse Personal Edition which offers protection to home and individual users at an affordable price. Last but not least there, SafeHouse Professional Edition, PC Dynamics’ top-end product intended for professional and business use.

Getting back to SafeHouse Explorer, here are the features you can expect to get from the application:
- SafeHouse Explorer works with hard drives, external drives, Flash drives, and even DVDs.
- 256-bit Twofish encryption is used to protect your confidential data.
- SafeHouse Explorer integrates with Windows Explorer.
- SafeHouse Explorer can also hide the data you want to keep safe and protected.
- You can create an unlimited number of private storage vaults. Each vault can be up to 2GB.
- A password meter tells you how strong is the password you select to protect your encrypted data.
- One-click access to the protected files (click the system tray icon).
- SafeHouse Explorer can be run directly from USB memory sticks.
